Kniha testů k nové maturitě se skládá ze dvou částí. První část obsahuje dvacet vzorových ústních cvičení, která obsahují tři řízené dialogy a rozhovor na základě obrázku. K obrázku jsou přiřazeny vzorové otázky, které zkoušející klade zkoušeným po zakončení popisu obrázku. Druhá část obsahuje pět písemných cvičení základní úrovně. Každé cvičení se skládá z poslechových cvičení, porozumění čtenému textu a písemných cvičení. Součástí knihy jsou nahrávky textu namluveného rodilými mluvčími na audio CD.
