Hra má 3 úrovně dle náročnosti.

Hráči mají za úkol najít opak různých věcí. Jaký je opak toustu? Jaký je opak zmrzliny? Jaký je opak předtuchy? Neexistují zde žádné správné ani špatné odpovědi.

Hráči se snaží zvítězit tím, že se svými odpověďmi trefí do těch nejčastějších, které jsou uvedeny na kartách.

Pravidla pochopíte během minuty a samotná hra trvá 10–30 minut; žádné složité přípravy ani složitá pravidla – prostě se pusťte do hraní! Hra je ideální pro 2–6 hráčů, ale ve větších skupinách ji lze hrát i v týmech.

What is the opposite of ice cream? What is the opposite of a premonition? There are no right or wrong answers. Players try to beat each other by matching their answers to the most common answers which are listed on the cards. It takes only a minute to learn and 10–30 minutes to play, no complicated rules or set-up – just jump straight in and play! Perfect for 2–6 players and can be played in teams with a big group.
