The Elves and the Shoemaker

* The classic tale, as recorded by The Brothers Grimm, specially re-written for children starting to read on their own.
* The shoemaker and his wife are on the verge of destitution when they discover, one morning, that they have received a visit from some mysterious helpers in the night.
* Has been developed in consultation with Alison Kelly, an early reading specialist and lecturer at Roehampton University in Surrey.
