Wuthering Heights

Whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are

the same.

A foundling son. A forbidden love. A coveted inheritance.

Catherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff are wrong for each other in

every way, yet inexplicably drawn together by a force stronger than

themselves. Their love is passionate, dark, obsessive …

and a threat to Catherine’s brother Hindley, who banishes

Heathcliff, determined to make sure Wuthering Heights is his after

their father’s death.

But when Heathcliff returns with money and a burning desire for

both Catherine and revenge, his only goal is to take what’s

his and bring retribution to all involved.

Told from the perspective of Lockwood at Thrushcross Grange

on the desolate and stark Yorkshire Moors years after the events

at Wuthering Heights, this English literature classic explores

the relationship between love, revenge and desire, and the long-lasting

effects on its residents’ heirs.
